Documentary

In this mini-documentary, we meet two women navigating life with ADHD, each sharing their personal stories of discovery, challenges, and resilience. We also sit down with the mother of a 16-year-old with ADHD, offering a glimpse into the struggles and triumphs of parenting a teenager with the condition. To provide a deeper understanding, we speak with an expert on ADHD who sheds light on the complexities of how ADHD manifests in women and girls, the societal biases that often delay diagnosis, and the steps needed to create a more supportive and informed environment. These stories weave together a narrative that is both personal and educational, highlighting the realities of living with ADHD and the urgent need for better awareness, understanding, and resources for women and girls affected by this condition.
